V Sound
What the app provides
V Sound is an app for managing a music collection, search, playlists, playback and available downloads on iPhone and iPad. Individual features depend on the music provider, your account, region, network and app version.
The app does not grant rights to music, artwork or other third-party materials. Use content only within the rights granted to you and the rules of the relevant service.
Your account and access
Use only an account you are authorised to access. Protect your device and login details. If the music service asks for additional verification or restricts access, follow its rules. V Sound support cannot remove restrictions on a third-party account.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens or cookies to support. If your account is compromised, use the music service’s own account-security tools.
Collections and downloads
Adding tracks and editing playlists may change data in your connected music account. Check the action before confirming it. Downloaded tracks are intended for permitted personal use; do not distribute files or third-party materials without the necessary rights.
Music availability and download options may change at the provider’s or rights holder’s discretion. Local files and settings may be lost when the app is removed, a device fails or data is cleared. The service is not a backup for your music collection.
Ads, invitations and promo codes
The app may show advertisements. Where available, you can earn ad-free time from a completed ad view, an invitation or a promo code. Conditions, current status and expiry are displayed in the app. Benefits are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
An ad reward requires confirmation of a completed view from the advertising service. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Ad-free time and progress earned from views may be tied to the device.
Invitation and promo codes are verified by the server. Redemption limits, expiry dates and restrictions on repeated use may apply. Do not invite yourself, automate reward collection or attempt to bypass promotion limits. Profile benefits may be shared with other developer apps using the same service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, access accounts without permission, send mass automated requests, disrupt infrastructure or bypass a third-party service’s restrictions. Do not impersonate the app’s support or owner.
If you find a security issue, contact support without including other people’s secret information or taking actions that may damage accounts or the service.
Availability and changes
We may update the interface and features, fix errors and change how the app communicates with providers. Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of the network, device, advertising service, music API or account restrictions.
Uninterrupted availability, an unchanged catalogue and compatibility with every device and external service are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or limit mandatory consumer rights.
